My family has gone to this office 20 years. The whole office is warm caring professional and efficient. Dr Timinian and Dr Begnoche are exceptional dentists. They are both knowledgeable and skilled. I’ve had complicated dental work done and it came out beautiful .Angela who has been the assistant for both dentists when I’m worked on is like their extension. I feel at ease with their relaxed banter while they work . All the hygienist are equally exacting ,proficient and gentle .Each family member has their favorite. I have developed a special relationship with Laurie. Going to this dental group is always an experience I look forward to .

First visit, very impressed. I had contact with 4 people, receptionist, x-ray technician, hygienist, doctor, all very professional and friendly. Welcomed me to the practice, communicated very clearly, explained what they were doing and why, answered my questions. Cleaning was very thorough. Hygienist and doctor offered great suggestions. Highly recommended!

Patti the hygienist is super gentle and very nice! Dr. Tumminia is the best dentist I've ever had, excellent bed side manner and takes his time to answer all your questions!

If I could give Dr Tumminia & his staff 10 stars I would. Going to the dentist has always been a dreadful experience until I came here. He is the kindest, most gentle, polite dentist that probably exists all around & Dawn his receptionist is one of the sweetest women I’ve ever encountered. They actually care about you which is tough to find these days. I’d never go anywhere else or refer anyone elsewhere. I am eternally grateful for the two of them. Wow! Dr. Begnoche and his team (Patty especially) were just phenomenal. I've had many painful experiences with other dentists, so I went in with dread, but my visit could not have been more pleasant. They were gentle, thorough, and honest. My neighbor recommended them and I'm so glad she did.

I have been a patient of Dr. Begnoche for almost 18 years. He and the staff are really the best ever. This includes Dr. Tumminia, who I have used in emergencies. The same goes for my hygienist, Gail. Their new offices are state of the art and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.

Lori is a terrific dental hygienist, and Dr Begnoche is the best. The entire office is a pleasure. Highly recommended.

I came in for an appointment after years of avoiding the dentist. Although I do take care of my teeth I know that I needed to stay up to date and get back to regular cleanings. I was referred by my fiancé who pushed me to going back to the dentist. I can say without a doubt that this was the most pleasant experience I had ever had in every capacity either at the dentist or the doctors office. Patty was my hygienist and was absolutely wonderful. We chatted for quite some time about my up and coming wedding and travel and daily life which took much of my anxiety away. Although my appointment was long because of the cleaning and x-rays etc I felt as though I was in and out. After speaking with Dr. Tumminia during my examination I was just ecstatic with my entire experience. Patty made the entire process wonderful from start to finish and really helped me with guiding me on better care for my teeth. Thank You so much and I now look forward to going to the dentist again because of the care and attention Patty provided.

Patty was probably the best hygienist I have ever had and I’m in my 30’s. She was super friendly and the whole process was quick.

The staff is very caring, and the doctors put you at ease. My husband just agreed yesterday that he is willing to to go and get a check up after many years of neglecting his teeth due to fear. Dr B is a doctor that has such a get bedside manner that I am sure my husband will be very happy. Thank you for seeing me during this terrible crisis.

I’ve been a patient for 25 years, since I was five. I have moved out of state but make my appointments around holidays so I can continue my cleanings and fillings. The best and nicest folks from reception, to hygienist, to doctor.

Begnoche, Tumminia & Aliapoulios is by far the best dental experience that I have ever had. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. The doctors are first class. They do their best to make you feel comfortable and will explain everything that needs to be done with compassion and understanding. I referred my grouchy sister-in-law to them and she was very pleased.

Finest Dentists, Hygienists & Office Staff around! It’s not often I have cause to review and less often to positively review. I’ve lived in Boynton Beach 42 yrs now, I’ve entrusted my Teeth to Dr. B for over half of them. I get many! Dental offers, discounts galore in my mailbox. But I have chosen to and have been going “out of network“ all this time. You can’t put a price on the difference in the caring, compassion, quality of care provided by Dr. Begnoche, his Associates,, Assistants, the Hygienists or Warm, Welcoming and Wonderful office staff. Without hesitation or reservation, I Recommend, this office to family or friend for any and all your dental needs.

The best dental office in Palm Beach County. I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Dr T and Dr K have both worked on me and I have been 100% satisfied and never any pain. The staff are very nice and professional and I know when I walk in, ill be taken care of. Wonderful experience from start to finish. It started with Michelle answering my call in a friendly manner and was super helpful with making my appointment and addressing all my questions for a first time visit. Dawn warmly greeted me at the check in desk getting my necessary information and letting me know I’ll be seen shortly. Almost immediately after Lady pleasantly called me to take my x-rays. She engaged in conversation and made me feel completely at ease while explaining each step of the process. As soon as I was finished, Patty who greeted me with the sweetest bubbly personality, took me to her room for my cleaning. She was very thorough and also genuinely interested in all my concerns. I appreciated her honest feedback on everything. My visit with Dr. Tumminia was short and pleasant as my x-rays didn’t show any dental concerns. Lastly, check out (forgot her name) was great as she explained the next steps with my insurance processing the claims. This was my first medical appointment since COVID began and the moment I walked in the office I felt as ease seeing everyone wearing masks and practicing safe protocols including having my temperature taken. Also, I’m well experienced with dental procedures and for that fact picky with whom I go too. I can honestly say Dr. Tumminia’s staff are outstanding and show sincere interest. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Family Dentistry is a great option for dental work. Everything gets taken care of really quick and they get to know you and make you feel comfortable very well so it is an enjoyable experience.

Great OFFICE!!!! I was referred to this office and i must say i am extremely happy with the continuous work that i have been receiving. Just recently i had major work done to my two front teeth. Long story short i very happy with the work and the work that they did totally changed my life. I would recommend this office any day of the week. Dr Tumminia is one of the best medical professionals I have ever been too. My family drives over an hour to see him, even our kids! The staff is wonderful and you can see how well everyone works together.

Tumminia is hands down the best dentist out there. Never mind that he is genuinely a good guy, he is honest too which is rare these days. Not only is Tumminia amazing, but his staff is amazing. They are professional and friendly. The office is beautiful and clean. Never enjoyed the dentist until I started going to Tumminia.

A nasty fall left me with a broken bridge. Now, is this repairable, new bridge, what I thought. Your smile is who you are, & mine was not there. The visit with Dr.Begnoche & his assistant Angela was the most unbelievable experience. My bridge was repaired as if nothing had happened, zero pain thru out the procedure.
